Beth Chambers MS, OTR/L
Beth is the owner and clinical director at Milestone. Beth earned a Bachelors Degree in both Biology and Sociology from Furman University in 1992 and her Masters of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University in 2004. She is licensed by the State of Georgia and certified by the National Board of Occupational Therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings serving the pediatric population including the school system, aquatics, and home health. Beth has been trained in sensory integrative treatment, Neuro-developmental treatment, Oral-Motor treatment, and pediatric feeding. Beth has experience in handwriting therapy(Handwriting Without Tears), and social groups. Beth is currently also serving the early intervention population (0-3 years) with Babies Can't Wait in Clarke, Oconee, and Jackson Counties with the Primary Service Provider model of treatment. She most enjoys working closely with the families of North Georgia to promote a greater independence in a variety of performance areas, including activities of daily living, play, feeding, habits and routines, and more. She has a passion for learning new treatment techniques that will improve the quality of lives for children who experience sensory processing and neurological disorders. She has a special interest in, and experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Hydrocephalus, and Developmental Delay.

Stephanie Raley MS, OTR/L
Stephanie is a licensed and registered occupational therapist. Stephanie earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Georgia and went on to complete her Masters in Occupational Therapy at Brenau University. She has worked in a variety of pediatric settings including outpatient rehabilitation, the school system, and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Stephanie has her specialty certification for the evaluation and treatment of Sensory Processing Disorders (SIPT Certification #: 4719) and has also been formally trained in the evaluation and treatment of feeding difficulties utilizing the Sequential Oral Sensory (S.O.S) Treatment Approach. She has experience working with a variety of diagnoses including gross/fine motor delays, Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorders, sensory processing disorders, cortical visual impairments, handwriting difficulties/dysgraphia, Down syndrome, Dandy-Walker malformation, developmental delays, and more. Stephanie is passionate about child- and family-centered care and therefore tailors treatment plans to each child’s individual abilities and needs in order to optimize each child’s active and successful engagement in daily life. She believes therapy should be F-U-N and strives to create a therapeutic atmosphere incorporating hard work, laughter, and learning while also understanding the importance of building each child’s confidence. Stephanie currently resides in Buford, GA with her husband, Travis, and enjoys playing tennis, shopping, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Kaycie Oakley MS, OTR/L
Kaycie is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University before earning her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University.
Kaycie has always had a passion for serving others, which has led her to working in pediatrics full time and geriatrics part time for the past year. Kaycie strives to make each session full of laughter and love.
Kaycie has experience working with a variety of diagnoses including: children with fine/gross motor delays, cerebral palsy, visual motor, visual perceptual delay, developmental delay, sensory processing, down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, and handwriting difficulties.
Betsy Sugg M.S. CCC-SLP
Betsy recently relocated to the area from Charlotte, North Carolina. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY in May 2007. She received her Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Kentucky in May 2009. Betsy graduated with a specialization in Family Studies.
Betsy has had the opportunity to work in a private clinic setting since June, 2009 in Charlotte, where she served as the lead speech therapist. She has experience working with a wide variety of pediatric populations including children with receptive and expressive language disorders, autism spectrum disorder, articulation and phonological disorders, pragmatic language disorders, fluency disorders and utilization of augmentative communication devices or boards to assist with transitioning as well as communication.
She has specialized training in Fluency disorders through completion of Palin Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training. In addition, she has completed training for the Visualizing and Verbalizing® Program for Cognitive Development, Comprehension, & Thinking and Talkies® Program for Oral Language Comprehension & Expression. Betsy is licensed by the board of Georgia and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
Aside from being a Speech-Language Pathologist, Betsy loves to travel, is a frequent beach-goer, and a devoted Kentucky sports fan. She is looking forward to working with you and your child to provide comprehensive therapy!

Ashley graduated from North Georgia College and State University (now UNG) with a Bachelor of Science degree and went on to Emory University where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has worked in the geriatric setting and in pediatrics. She is excited about continued growth in her career and new opportunities at Milestone Pediatric Therapy Services. She loves animals. She and her husband love fishing, the outdoors, and cook outs with family and friends. Ashley adores being an aunt to her nephews.

Ashtin is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist here at Milestone. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Science and obtained a Disability Studies Certificate from the University of Georgia in 2021. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Augusta University in May 2023. Ashtin knew she wanted to work with children right after graduation. She discovered her passion for working with children at a young age through babysitting, being an older sister, and volunteering. She has had several clinical rotations in pediatric settings, including the outpatient clinic of the Children’s Hospital of Georgia and in the public school systems. Ashtin hopes to get a certification in SOS feeding therapy and in sensory integration in the near future. Outside of work, Ashtin loves to go on runs with her dog, play golf, travel, and be around family.
